An article that Dr Michele Jarldorn and I wrote in collaboration with Linda from Seeds of Affinity has been published in The Conversation.
The article discusses the co-design process undertaken so far between the researchers and the wonderful organisation Seeds of Affinity to create a chatbot. The chatbot which we have titled LindaBot is designed to ease the transition from prison to community life for those leaving prison.
The article explores the topic of gaining ID after leaving prison, something which can be incredibly challenging and complex.
